You haven't made that phone call in three weeks. You know it's getting worse.

A daily exposure app that gives you one calibrated social challenge, tracks what you predicted vs what actually happened, and shows you the gap.

How it works

One action, calibrated to you

A 5-minute onboarding rates where you're at. You start on a rung that's uncomfortable but doable.

A 5-minute onboarding that rates where you're at. You start on a rung that's uncomfortable but doable.

Log what you predict

Before each exposure, one sentence: what's the worst you think will happen? Most apps skip this.

See the gap shrink

Over time, the app shows you the difference between feared and real outcomes. That gap is proof.

Why this isn't another confidence app

Most confidence apps push journaling, affirmations, or generic habit streaks. They reward reflection, not action. This one prompts real-world behaviour and records evidence. Over time, you stop guessing whether you're getting better — you can see it.

Questions

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. It's a behavioural training tool based on principles from exposure therapy — the same mechanism a clinician would use — but it doesn't replace treatment. If you're managing diagnosed social anxiety or panic disorder, talk to a therapist. This can sit alongside that work, not instead of it.

How much will it cost?

$7.99/month, or $39.99/year if you want to commit. Everyone on the early access list gets the first month free — no card required to join the waitlist.

When does it launch?

Public launch in mid-July 2026. Early access opens about a week earlier for everyone on this list — you'll get an email when it's ready, plus the first month free.
